The kit is incredible, comes with a nice variety of cups and blades. Worked really well for smoothies too. However, after six months of use the plastic gear inside broke. The company said they would be willing to send the replacement part only with proof of purchase which you have to mail or fax to them. In addition to get the part you have to pay for all shipping and handling. Buying the replacement gear yourself costs over $20 on Amazon.
In conclusion I'd say that it's a great product overall, but is unfortunately poorly built and won't even last a year. Customer service is largely unimpressive with this product. So remember if you buy it, KEEP YOUR RECEIPT and be ready to replace parts within months!
